We provide:

FOUR POINT INSPECTIONS

A Four-Point Inspection, usually requested by a homeowner's insurance company, is less detailed and comprehensive than a standard home inspection, and is used by a homeowner to obtain or renew an insurance policy.  The Four-Point Inspection is limited to

      • Electrical
      • Roof
      • Plumbing
      • Heating & Air Conditioning

THCI Inspections can complete all aspects of your Four-Point Inspection, and our inspections satisfy insurance company requirements.

ROOF INSPECTIONS

Florida weather is hard on roofs, and how well your roof is holding up to the elements can mean the difference in routine maintenance costs and in natural disasters.

THCI will inspect your roof for proper deck attachment methods, roof-to-wall attachments, shape and bracing, condition of outer materials and underlayments.  We can make recommendations to improve your roof and help prevent potential future damage.

WIND MITIGATION

Trained and certified by the State of Florida, we are expert at inspecting your building for issues of wind damage mitigation.

We will look for:

      • Proper roof deck attachment methods
      • Roof-to-Wall attachment methods
      • Roof shape and bracing
      • Roof covering and age
      • Wall construction type
      • Secondary water barrier methods
      • Opening protections.

TIME OF PURCHASE OR SALE
A thorough inspection at time of purchase of a home is critical to protecting the biggest investment you will ever make.  Sellers will want to know what is in their near future at time of listing.

Included in your inspection will be:
  • Major defects affecting structural integrity
  • Potential major defects
  • Safety hazards
  • Defects affecting your ability to finance, occupy or insure the home

WATER INTRUSION
A simple leaky pipe can cause rotted wood, peeling paint, odors, and worst of all, MOLD and it's related health problems.  You need to know!

Our inspections look for these issues, including water damage in attics, foundations, walls, kitchens and baths, and make recommendations on immediate mitigation to prevent further damage and problems with your family's health!
